Runecrafting
Runecrafting is a skill in which players are able to craft runes to either sell or use for spells. Players with a higher Runecrafting level have the ability to craft the more advanced runes, such as death and blood. This skill could be considered as time consuming and is very repetitive, therefore you may become easily bored.
Shop
Whilst training this skill you're able to earn Runecrafting Points, these points can be used to purchase items in the Runecrafting shop ran by Aubury. This NPC can be found inside the General store north of Edgeville, or you can use the ::shops command to teleport there.
Note Ironman can also exchange rune crafting points for Blood runes (6 points) death runes (4 points) nature runes (3 points) and chaos runes (3 points)

Equipment
In order to train this skill you're required to have Pure Essence, without these you're unable to level up. The only way to obtain Pure Essence is to either purchase them from players or mining them yourself at the essence mine. You can teleport to this location via the Teleport Wizard.

Locations
There are only two locations that are important for this skill. The essence mine, for mining pure essence, and the Dark mage. This NPC allows you to teleport to each altar location by simply clicking on the icons provided in the interface. You can find this NPC north of edgeville.
Experience Table
Bonus experience isn't being taken into account. The amount of experience that the following runes give are excluding all bonuses. The amount of time it will take for you to reach level X will lower depending on the bonuses that are active.

Skill Cape
In order to purchase the Runecrafting skill cape you must talk to the Wise old man NPC and view his shop. Upon purchasing the Runecrafting hood for 100,000 coins, the Runecrafting cape/Runecrafting cape (t) will also be placed in your inventory. You'll be able to find the Wise old man NPC inside a small hut north-west of edgeville.
