Woodcutting is the skill where players train by cutting trees to obtain logs, which can then be sold or used to train other skills like Fletching, Firemaking or Construction. Players with a higher Woodcutting level can chop down new types of trees and cut down trees quicker. As levels increase, players can use better axes to chop trees faster. Players with high enough attack levels can equip the axes that match the respective metals, but you don't need to equip an axe to use it to cut down a tree - having it in your inventory will suffice. Compared to the other skills, Woodcutting is a very easy and fast 99 on Alora.

Equipment

Woodcutting equipment can be purchased from the Bob NPC who sells skilling supplies and equipment. Bob can be found inside the General store north of home, or you can use the ::shops command to teleport there. You can only purchase low-tier axes in this shop, the more advanced axes can not be purchased from any shop.

Locations

Below you fill find the locations for each tree. Please note that you will find all types of tree scattered around the server, however the locations listed below are recommended for you to take to ensure that you're being productive with your time. Upon reaching a Woodcutting level of 60 you're able to enter the Woodcutting Guild, where all of the high-tier trees are bunched together. The Woodcutting Guild is widely used around Alora as it's the best and most common place for gaining fast experience. In order to get to this location you must speak to the Teleport Wizard at home.
